Shireen Bailey

Shireen is someone we had heard nothing but amazing things about from our clients over the years, so when we opened The Movement Mechanics in Reigate we knew she was the person we needed for Pilates.

Shireen has competed internationally for England and Great Britain at the Commonwealth Games, European Championships and Olympic Games from 1981-1990. Her background in running makes her the perfect fit for our clinic.
